Who Should Attend?

This unit will be useful for those who are tasked with a presentation function in an organisation or those who intend to present information to the audience. The unit standard will equip learners with the skills to plan, organise and prepare information in a focussed and coherent manner

The qualifying learner will be capable of:

- Targeting audience for an effective presentation

- Planning and structure information logically to fit audience, purpose and the situation

- Planning visuals and other devices to involve the audience during the presentation

- Preparing supporting material suitable for effective presentation

-Identifying and analyse the environment for the presentation

- Identifying and choose the kind of presentation fit for the purpose
